The recruitment campaign for a new hotel consisted of a series of different clips, each showing scenes for a specific job, plus a series of stills.
The tonality of the clips revolve around the team spirit and the individual inner positivity of each employee that you can really find there.

In addition, the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach. The connection to the beach was therefore obvious and stands as a metaphor for dreaming and the opportunities available to each individual employee to help shape the hotel's destination.
The deliverables consist of 1x hero film, 7 different short clips and 30 stills.
